Love Locks

A trip to Paris wouldn’t be complete without putting a lock on the bridge. We got lucky and were there at sunset with a rainbo

Sunset on a bridge under a rainbow in Paris. This was one of those moments that

After landing in Paris we made our way to our adorable apartment. We did AirBnB in Paris and London and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. We took a quick nap and looked at each other to try and figure out what to do. I blurted out Notre Dame and off we went. It was so much more magnificent than I could have ever expected.

I can’t think of a better way to start a birthday than by landing in Paris. If the start of my birthday is any indicator of the year to come I think I’m

We made a trip to the Japanese Gardens during our quick trip to Portland this weekend. I loved all of the flowers and the ponds were all so beautiful. It was such a peaceful placed tucked just outside the city.

Two of my favorite people had birthdays today, my Nana and my big brother. It was a big one for Nana (she’d kill me if I put the real age…) so there was family in town from Michigan, Connecticut and even Georgia. We had our own room at her favorite restaurant and had a proper celebration. We celebrated Chris’ the night before with a BBQ at camp. More photos to come of that adventure. Happy Birthday Nana and Chris!

Ryan and I like to walk in the woods when we’re at camp and try to find something to bring home with us. This time we found this great moss-covered rock.

Happy Valentine’s Day! This year instead of making a card for Ryan I decided to stitch him up a jar of hearts. I feel pretty darn lucky to have him in my life and am always looking for a good excuse to let him know how happy he makes me. Hope you all had a lovely love day too!
